Tyco Group Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the use of the Tyco Group website, products, and services. By using our website or engaging in any transactions with Tyco Group, you agree to abide by these terms. Please review them carefully before proceeding.

2. Definitions
- "Company" refers to Tyco Group.

- "Client" refers to any individual or entity entering into agreements with the Company for services or products.
- "Services" refers to all the offerings provided by Tyco Group, including HVAC+R, Compliance, and Fitout services.
- "Products" refers to any materials, equipment, or tools sold or provided as part of our services.

3. Services and Scope
Tyco Group specializes in HVAC+R, Compliance, and Fitout services. The specific scope of work for each project will be defined in written contracts or agreements prior to commencement. Any changes to the scope of services must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

4. Payment Terms
- All invoices must be paid within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise stated in the contract.
- Tyco Group reserves the right to suspend work or withhold delivery of materials if payments are overdue.
- Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month.
- For larger projects, an upfront deposit may be required, and milestone payments will be outlined in the contract.

5. Warranties
Tyco Group provides warranties on certain products and services. The warranty period and conditions vary depending on the specific service provided and will be outlined in the contract or relevant documentation. The Company is not responsible for damages arising from misuse, unauthorized alterations, or improper maintenance.

6. Liability
Tyco Group is committed to delivering quality services, but we are not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or supply chain issues.
- Losses due to the Client’s failure to follow the Company's guidance or proper use of our products and services.

7. Compliance
Tyco Group ensures that all work adheres to relevant laws and regulations, including compliance with health and safety standards. We carry the necessary certifications (e.g., Refcom) and uphold strict standards in compliance with national and local regulations.

8. Anti-Slavery and Anti-Laundering
Tyco Group operates with full compliance with anti-slavery and anti-laundering laws. We are committed to fair labor practices, human rights, and ethical operations. Any breach of these principles by the Client or a third party will result in immediate termination of contracts.

9. Privacy Policy
Tyco Group respects the privacy of our Clients. All personal data collected during the provision of our services is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available on our website. We do not share Client data with third parties unless explicitly required for legal purposes or contract fulfilment.

10. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with a 14-day notice period. Any outstanding payments must be settled before termination is final. If Tyco Group terminates due to non-payment or breach of these terms, the Client is still liable for any services rendered up to the point of termination.

11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes or disagreements, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If no resolution can be reached, the issue may be referred to mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed.

 

12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms or related contracts will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.

13. Modifications
Tyco Group reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
